The board delegates responsibility to the principal all matters relating to the management of staff. Therefore the principal may not fail to:

Data to Verify that the Policy Interpretation is Being Fulfilled

Survey Results Summary

Does the principal ensure that personnel policies and procedures comply with current employment legislation

Does the principal ensure that staff are managed in a sound, fair, and respectful manner in accordance with the terms of their current employment agreements

Does the principal ensure that all employees’ rights to personal dignity, safety and access to an approved and fair internal grievance process are maintained

Does the principal take reasonable steps to protect staff from unsafe or unhealthy working conditions

Does the principal ensure that all required staff are registered or have a current Limited Authority to Teach

Does the principal ensure that all staff have an annual performance appraisal

Does the principal provide a smoke free environment

Does the principal Provide Protective Disclosure protection

Comment

Principal appears to be doing a good job in all these areas.Children and staff seem happy.The two comments marked unsure are because I have had no need to see if these processes work. I have no knowledge and therefore cannot make any comment one way or the other.
