2013 Class Lists

We are also currently planning classes for 2013. If whānau have any requests as to which class or teacher they would like their child or children to have for next year please give Whaea Chicky a phone call and if possible this will happen. At this stage we know only of Whaea Robin who will be sadly leaving us at the end of the year. It is likely that Whaea Stevie will be the teacher in Tumanako.

Touch Season

Mrs Stillwell and Whaea Beeby are once again organising school touch teams and would like to hear from any whānau members who are able to help with teams on a Thursday at Lindvart Park usually from about 3.30pm until 5pm. The season is due to commence on Thursday 18th October, please contact the school office or call in if you are able to help. A letter will come home with children wishing to play touch for the school today.

Wonkey Donkey Show

Some classes of Year 1 – Year 3 children have planned to go to the Wonkey Donkey Show which is on this Friday, starting at 1pm at the Memorial Hall. Classes will walk up and back to the show with their teachers. It would be preferable if the children wore shoes and bought a jacket for this trip please. The school will cover the cost of the show and follow up will happen in classes.
