Year 5-8 Ki-o-rahi Tournament

There will be a Ki-o-rahi event held on the 7th March 2014 at Lindvart Park from 10am to 2pm.  We will be taking 2 teams to participate in this fun event. If your child came home with a permission slip please get it back to their teacher as soon as possible. Whanau are very welcome to come and support.

School start and finish timesA reminder to whanau that school starts at 8.50am and it is important that your child/children are at school at this time.

Similarly school ends at 3pm and it is also improtant that your child remains at school until this time. A few whanau regularly collect their child/children before 3pm and the children miss out on important things as they do when they are late.

Kapahaka at Lunchtime

Whaea Michelle Tito-Brown is starting a Kapahaka Roopu at lunchtimes outside Room 15 this week. She will start just by introducing waiata and move into actions and more later in the term.  The Roopu is open to all children in the school but mainly for the benefit of children who are not in Te Korowai o te Aroha.
