Free Vision Testing and Free Glasses

This Monday 7 September and Tuesday 8 September classes will be walking to see an Optometrist set up in the Northland College hall to provide full eye tests for our Kaikohe East children who have returned their One Sight form completed.

If the tests show that glasses are required these will be manufactured to order and delivered to the child’s school about three weeks later.

Last week your child brought home a consent form for this.

Note that you only need to fill in the top part of the form.

We need the form completed and returned to school as soon as possible. All returned forms will go into a special free lunch draw.

Be sure to return your form to the school office.

We are sending another form home today to those who have not returned a form to the school.
