Matters Arising
Principal Chicky and Secretary Don thanked outgoing members for their support over the years. Special thanks to Maraea for stepping up as board chair and to Kaz for her work as staff trustee.
Noted that Mary had been on the board for over ten years and had served many years as board chair.
Mary and Maraea congratulated new members and wished them all the best in their new role as board members.
