Curriculum Report – Health and Physical Education

Focus: Vision

Our vision is to get more students involved in sports and health initiatives. To have more parent input and involvement in what and how sports and health initiatives are run in our kura. To have our staff including more  physical education in their programmes. To build relationships with community, schools and other organisations to create more inter-school tournaments and in school training sessions.

To also provide food and clothing to our tamariki and whanau and encourage attendance into school by removing some barriers. To provide breakfast each morning in the schools hall and food including fruit, milk, bread and snacks in every classroom. We also endeavour to share food across our community where a need is seen.
