Earn a ticket for Whanau Fun Day

Over the next few weeks leading up to Whanau Fun Day some children are being awarded a ticket for showing any one of our school values particularly in the playground. After Karakia this morning Jacob

Irimana and Marcus Akuhata were recipients of tickets for showing Rangatiratanga all week at Karakia. We also had a quiz to find out who was listening at hui time yesterday – the following children were the

first to answer the quiz questions and also win a ticket – Dennis Perry, L’Prez, Lou Jon Bristowe and Journey.

All tickets will be distributed on the 21st March to these and any other children who win them.

Paid Union Teacher Meetings

All teachers who are union members will be attended an NZEI Union meeting on Wednesday 20th March at Kerikeri Primary School. To try to avoid any disruption to whanau on this day classes will be buddied up to allow all teachers to attend. One teacher will attend the 9.30am meeting and the teacher they buddy up with will attend the 1pm meeting.

Uniforms A big thanks to whanau who have managed to get their tamariki into uniform this term. Our school looks very smart with most children now in Uniform. We have been notified that the Size 6 Polo shirts will be here hopefully by 15th March.
