1105 Attendance - 10 May 2011

Term 1 2011 attendance report

This is the first term we have used electronic attendance registers and it has not gone without some teething problems. Too often, teachers failed to record attendances in the afternoon and relievers who were unable to access the site caused a few problems.

The attached data is not the official data as, when a pupil is not recorded at all, the programme marks them as “absent” when there might be problems with the procedure.

However, the children are still turning up and the results are encouraging. 79% is average for term 1 of any year and other data such as gender and year level remains consistent.
